All rates are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Rates stated below are based on a minimum stay of two nights.

A single night stay may be possible by agreement with the owners and the rate will be subject to a surcharge of $25 per guest.

A discount of, "stay for seven nights for the price of six nights" applies for direct bookings with SeaShells Penneshaw.

There is no charge for children up to one year old. Highchair, change table and cot are available for babies at no charge.

Breakfast may be made available by separate arrangement.

Payment Options

The following options for payments are available:

• EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
• Frontdesk (Credit card) This credit card facility may only be used if you made your accommodation enquiry directly via the SeaShells Penneshaw email address or website. It can not be used if your accommodation enquiry was made through a travel or accommodation agency.
• PayPal (credit card facility) If using this credit card facility you will be required to add an additional charge of 3.5% to the cost of your accommodation deposit or balance payment to cover the Pay Pal administration charge.
• Cash, money order, bank or personal cheque

Deposit, Balance Payment & Cancellation

In principle;

Upon confirmation of your proposed booking a non-refundable deposit of approximately 20% of the total amount is to be paid within one week to secure the booking.

The outstanding balance (total amount less the deposit) is to be paid in full,

1. when time permits, four weeks prior to the day of arrival or alternately,
2. by a date agreed with the Proprietors.

Once the balance is paid,

1. should notice of cancellation be received up to seven days before the day for arrival, an amount up to 50% of the balance will be refunded. The actual amount refunded will be at the discretion of the Proprietors.
2. should notice of cancellation be received within seven days of the day for arrival, 50% of the balance will be refunded with the exception that if such notice is received within twenty four hours of the day for arrival, only 25% of the balance will be refunded.

No refund will be provided should you decide to leave prior to the original day booked for departure.

Any variation to the above conditions will be at the discretion of the Proprietors. Should you book through an agency then the Conditions applicable for deposit, balance payment and cancellation will be in accord with its published conditions.

Arrival & Departure

The accommodation will be available from 2:00pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. Alternative times may be possible upon request.

Pick Up & Set Down Service

By prior arrangement, pick up on arrival and set down upon departure at the Penneshaw SeaLink ferry terminal will be arranged as a no charge service for guests traveling without a vehicle.
